Qualifications

Genuine passion for working with children with autism. Demonstrated patience, compassion, and teamwork ability. Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and pass a Tuberculosis test if not completed in the last year. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.). Able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification post-onboarding.
