Qualifications

A strong desire to support children with autism. Patience, empathy, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or GED is required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a recent Tuberculosis test. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Physical ability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. RBT certification must be obtained prior to start date.

In this rewarding role, you will work directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you will help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek dedicated individuals who are eager to assist children in reaching their fullest potential.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're fully prepared to thrive in this role, even if you're new to the field. This position requires patience, compassion, and teamwork, as well as a willingness to engage physically with our clients. You will need to be comfortable with various physical activities, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
