Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and teamwork. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required. Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not performed within the past year). Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must achieve Registered Behavior Technician certification upon completing onboarding.
