About the job

MeBe provides evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. The team focuses on empowering families, professionals, and communities by sharing proven methods and practical training. Services include Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), all delivered with a playful and research-informed approach.

Role overview

Registered Behavior Technicians at MeBe work hands-on with children, supporting them as they develop new skills and grow toward their potential. The role involves direct interaction, collaboration, and a shared dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism. This position is designed for those seeking a meaningful career in Behavior Therapy.

Training and support

  • Comprehensive ABA training program based on the Vincent Carbone method
  • Two weeks of paid training to prepare for the RBT exam
  • Mentorship from experienced Supervisors, with opportunities to shadow and learn on the job
  • Ongoing support for professional and personal growth
