About the job

MeBe provides evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. The team focuses on empowering families, professionals, and communities through education and training in proven practices. Services include Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis, all delivered through a play-based, research-driven approach.

The Registered Behavior Technician role in Oceanside centers on supporting children with autism as they develop new skills. This position offers the chance to grow a career in Behavior Therapy while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to each child’s progress and well-being. Each day brings opportunities to make a meaningful impact for families and children.

Training and Support

  • Comprehensive ABA training program based on the Vincent Carbone method
  • Two weeks of paid training to prepare for the RBT exam
  • Ongoing mentorship from experienced Supervisors
