Role overview
The Registered Behavior Technician position focuses on delivering behavior therapy to children with autism. This role involves working hands-on with children, using both play and structured interventions to support their development. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is central, and the work directly contributes to helping each child reach new milestones.
Training and support
- Two weeks of paid training, including preparation for the RBT exam
- ABA training program based on the Vincent Carbone method
- Ongoing mentorship from experienced Supervisors
