About the job

MeBe provides evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs, drawing on expertise in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The team aims to empower families and communities through education and care grounded in research.

Role overview

The Registered Behavior Technician position focuses on delivering behavior therapy to children with autism. This role involves working hands-on with children, using both play and structured interventions to support their development. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is central, and the work directly contributes to helping each child reach new milestones.

Training and support

  • Two weeks of paid training, including preparation for the RBT exam
  • ABA training program based on the Vincent Carbone method
  • Ongoing mentorship from experienced Supervisors
