We are on the lookout for a passionate Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Apply behavior management techniques rooted in applied behavior analysis principles.
- Assist in creating and executing individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care through effective behavioral therapy methods.
- Support individuals in completing activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain thorough documentation and records reflecting patient progress.
- Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations.
