About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Accounting Analyst to enhance our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and closing processes, collaborating closely with senior accounting leadership in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports compliant with accounting standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Conduct financial data analysis, identify discrepancies, and investigate variances.
- Maintain organized accounting documentation and financial records.
- Support audit preparation and compliance efforts.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance accounting and financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
