In this role, you will convert qualified inbound leads, respond to incoming sales calls, and provide expert advice on the best connectivity solutions tailored to customer needs. You'll simplify technical concepts like Starlink and Wi-Fi networking for easy customer understanding.

Your responsibilities include accurately booking installations, managing customer interactions within our CRM, and following up on warm leads to enhance conversion rates. You'll work independently while remaining aligned with team goals and maintaining professional communication standards.
