Key Responsibilities:
As a Resident Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and current tenants alike. You will take pride in crafting stellar first impressions and nurturing long-lasting positive relationships. Your natural ability to engage in conversation and make individuals feel “at home” is essential to your success in this role. You relish personalizing every interaction and see it as a challenge to learn the names and preferences of all residents, including our four-legged friends.
In your role as a Resident Experience Associate (Wednesday-Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 3 PM to 11 PM), your primary responsibilities will include:
- Transforming leads into community tours by proactively following up with prospects and providing engaging information about the community and surrounding neighborhood.
- Supporting occupancy goals by coordinating tours with the leasing team.
- Addressing resident and prospect inquiries with timely assistance and care.
- Planning and executing meaningful events and activities that promote resident engagement and foster a strong sense of community.
- Building brand loyalty and achieving retention goals through consistently positive experiences and a well-maintained community.
- Generating interest and excitement through social media platforms.
- Encouraging satisfied customers to share their experiences through online reviews.
- Meticulously organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevator schedules.
- Being available to work weekends or evenings as required by the shift.
- Willingness to obtain a leasing license within the first 90 days of employment.
