Role overview
The Sales Development Manager will oversee outbound sales strategies and lead a team of sales development representatives. The main focus is on guiding the team to meet targets and expanding the sales development function as Shopmonkey grows.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives working on outbound sales
- Coach both new and experienced team members to help them meet or exceed quotas
- Contribute to the growth and scaling of the sales development team
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and achieving strong sales results
- Experience coaching sales representatives at various stages in their careers
- Background in building or scaling a sales development team
Location and work arrangement
This hybrid role is based in the San Francisco area. The position requires in-office attendance two days per week at the Larkspur, California office.
