Our Work Environment
This position is office-based. During the initial training period, you will be expected to work in our office five days a week. After successfully completing your training, you'll have the flexibility to work in the office four days per week.
Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cognism, you will be pivotal in driving our business growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities. Your tasks will include proactively scheduling meetings, engaging with critical decision-makers, and managing a sales pipeline to directly support the success of our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, driven, and eager to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Your Responsibilities and Opportunities
- Generate Business Opportunities – Schedule outbound meetings through various methods including cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research.
- Engage Key Stakeholders – Interact with C-suite and Director-level prospects to effectively communicate the value of our product.
- Conduct Discovery & Qualify Leads – Assess prospect challenges through discovery conversations and qualify leads for the sales team.
