OUR WORK MODEL
Office-Based: This position is located in our Cologne office, requiring full-time, on-site engagement. During your initial training period, you'll be expected to work in-office five days per week. Once acclimated, you may opt to work in the office four days weekly.
YOUR ROLE
As a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in driving Cognism’s growth by surpassing monthly meeting targets and generating new sales opportunities. This position demands ambition, resilience, and a competitive spirit. You will manage a significant volume of inbound leads while also conducting proactive outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business prospects.
YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
Engage with a high volume of inbound leads, swiftly qualifying potential sales opportunities.
Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create new business opportunities.
Develop a thorough understanding of our ideal customer profile to effectively assess fit and needs.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently striving to exceed your targets.
Stay agile and proactive in learning new tools, processes, and market trends.
