About the Role
This role goes beyond the traditional Sales Development Representative position.
As part of the Strategic SDR team, you will work at the confluence of Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market strategies. Your contributions will be pivotal in exploring new growth opportunities, refining lead generation tactics, and delivering actionable market insights that are crucial for scaling Connecteam.
You will collaborate closely with both Marketing and Sales teams to design, test, and enhance outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, develop playbooks, and continuously adapt our strategies for new markets and customer demographics. This is a fast-paced, impactful role where creativity, curiosity, and adaptability are vital for success.
