 As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be engaging with leads who have expressed interest by signing up for a free trial of Connecteam. Your objective is to connect with these inbound leads, assess their needs, and facilitate demo bookings for our Account Executive team. In this pivotal role, you will create favorable first impressions, gain insights into customer needs, and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline. This position thrives in a fast-paced environment that demands excellent communication skills, curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to succeed. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with leads who have signed up for Connecteam's free trial.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities across the North America region.
