About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be engaging with leads who have expressed interest by signing up for a free trial of Connecteam. Your objective is to connect with these inbound leads, assess their needs, and facilitate demo bookings for our Account Executive team. In this pivotal role, you will create favorable first impressions, gain insights into customer needs, and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads who have signed up for Connecteam's free trial.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities across the North America region.
- Contribute to pipeline growth for the Account Executive team.
- Conduct daily outreach to inbound prospects, lead discovery calls, and manage lead follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions and alignment on customer profiles and messaging.
