THE ROLE

We are seeking our first in-house Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our sales efforts and develop the top of our sales funnel. Previously, this role was handled by an external agency, but we believe that having a dedicated team member embedded within our organization will enhance the quality and consistency of our outreach.

As our Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for researching target accounts, creating personalized outreach strategies, and scheduling qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. This position offers significant ownership and a clear pathway to advance to an Account Executive role for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Prospecting: Take charge of outbound prospecting across target verticals including mobile gaming, agencies, e-commerce/DTC, and enterprise SaaS.

– Design and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) customized for each persona and vertical.
