We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead pipeline generation and establish a strong foundation for our sales strategy. About the Role
This role offers significant ownership and includes:
- Outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Inbound lead qualification and customer engagement
- Experimentation with messaging, channels, and target audiences
- Collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams
You will play a vital role in constructing our revenue engine by developing outbound strategies and helping define Feathery's market position.
What You’ll Do
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and cultivate new accounts by demonstrating how Feathery can automate workflows
- Engage with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
- Test various audiences, messaging, and channels to create enterprise opportunities
- Own pipeline generation initiatives and continuously enhance performance
Inbound & Qualification
- Manage inquiries from potential customers
- Assess leads to determine fit and prioritize opportunities
