Requirements:2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or sales, preferably in a SaaS/EdTech environment with a strong outbound focus. Native French speaker or equivalent proficiency, with a good command of English. Comfortable on the phone, resilient, and able to build rapport and ask the right questions. Excellent written communication skills (concise, clear, value-oriented emails).

As the first point of contact for our future clients in France, your primary mission will be to generate a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (phone-first approach) and efficiently managing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). With your curiosity, active listening, and commercial acumen, you will spark interest in GoodHabitz and secure qualified appointments for our Account Executives, utilizing the SPICED qualification framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to target accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn, emphasizing a high volume of cold calls.
  • Implement multichannel cadences: Create, execute, and refine outreach sequences through personalization, A/B testing, and data-driven iterations.
  • Apply SPICED qualification: Analyze the current situation, uncover pain points, confirm impact, and qualify opportunities.
  • Manage MQLs: Provide swift follow-up, clear qualification/disqualification, and seamless handover to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: Keep Salesforce updated with contacts, activities, opportunities, and stages.
  • Ensure compliance: Strictly adhere to GDPR and CNIL requirements (legal basis, transparency, right to opt-out, data minimization, and security).
  • Continuous improvement: Stay updated on modern sales techniques, including responsible AI use.
