xplor is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the sales team in Phoenix. This position focuses on building the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and reaching out to potential clients.
What You Will Do
- Research and identify prospective clients in target markets
- Initiate contact with leads through calls, emails, and other channels
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and challenges
- Share information about xplor’s products and services, highlighting solutions that fit each client
- Develop and maintain relationships with leads to move them through the sales funnel
