** Key Responsibilities:**

At Agicap, our success is rooted in a unique customer-centric approach, innovative products, and the excellence of our teams.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in replicating our success story. Your responsibilities will include managing operations, driving business development, and enhancing profitability in Italy.

• Being sales-oriented, you will engage with qualified prospects, demonstrate the AGICAP solution, offer technical support, and negotiate contracts remotely via phone.
• Become an expert in AGICAP.
• Propel lead generation through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Identify and address the pain points of your prospects.
• Clearly communicate and position the AGICAP value proposition to SMBs.
• Manage the entire sales funnel effectively.
• Close new deals successfully.
• Act as the voice of AGICAP in the Italian market, providing valuable insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Report your performance metrics to the management team.
