Responsibilities:Identify and engage senior-level executives at mid-market organizations (100-999 employees), creating a strong sales pipeline for Mid-Market Account Executives. Research, develop, and implement a strategic outbound sales plan by mapping out targeted accounts and generating new opportunities. Educate potential leads about the full range of ZoomInfo solutions, emphasizing how our products address specific challenges faced by their Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Help prospects recognize the business impact ZoomInfo can provide, ensuring discussions are aligned with their unique needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders to instill confidence in the value that ZoomInfo delivers. Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience engaging with mid-market organizations, showcasing a strong capability to identify opportunities and connect with decision-makers. Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to senior-level executives across diverse departments. Skill in assessing prospects’ needs, tailoring outreach efforts, and identifying high-probability opportunities that correspond with their business challenges. Experience in creating, executing, and maintaining a structured prospecting plan that yields results. A keen interest in understanding market trends, customer pain points, and organizational dynamics to enhance the effectiveness of your outreach. Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is advantageous. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
