We are currently seeking a disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance our team. This dual-focused position will drive internal growth for Hypergen while also executing lead generation and meeting bookings for our clients as an outsourced partner.
Your Role: You will serve as a hybrid growth engine, fueling Hypergen’s pipeline while supporting our clients (SaaS, M&A, and agencies) in scaling their revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of warm leads generated by our outbound systems, executing targeted follow-ups via personalized emails and phone calls to convert interest into booked meetings.
Nurture and manage high-touch sequences, ensuring persistent follow-up until a discovery call is scheduled.
Utilize Clay, Apollo, and AI tools to research prospects and personalize messaging at scale based on intent signals such as funding, hiring, and tech stack.
Maintain meticulous records within our CRM and our clients' systems, ensuring every interaction is logged and lead statuses are accurate.
Align your work schedule to ensure significant overlap with U. S. EST business hours.
