About the Role

In the role of SDR Manager, you will be the key leader of our sales development team, overseeing daily coaching, performance management, and operational execution to ensure a steady flow of pipeline generation. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Development, you will convert strategic objectives into actionable daily plans—implementing effective tactics, nurturing team members, and optimizing our outbound operations for maximum efficiency. This position is perfect for an individual who excels in the intricacies of representative development and team management while contributing to the overall expansion of our sales development department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Directly supervise a team of Sales Development Representatives, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, call reviews, pipeline assessments, and performance evaluations to foster accountability within the team.

  • Coaching and Development: Deliver hands-on training in areas such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and discovery techniques to enhance representative performance and reduce ramp-up times for new hires.

  • Performance Oversight: Take ownership of team KPIs and activity metrics, proactively identifying trends and gaps and implementing strategic plans to guarantee the team consistently meets or surpasses pipeline objectives.

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to roll out multi-channel outbound campaigns across various platforms, including email and LinkedIn, ensuring that representatives adhere to established playbooks and refine messaging based on performance outcomes.
