Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative focused on Existing Accounts, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth within our established customer base. Your primary focus will be to identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their evolving needs, and recommending additional DigiCert solutions, particularly in Valimail/DMARC and VMC, that deliver tangible value.
You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to implement a cohesive expansion strategy, ensuring we strengthen relationships, enhance product adoption, and maximize customer lifetime value.
This is a fixed-term contract position.
