Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across the Americas. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing a high-performing team focused on lead qualification and pipeline creation.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing a diverse team of phone-based SDRs tasked with driving both outbound new business development and qualifying inbound opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to design and implement effective processes that enhance our go-to-market strategy, encompassing strategic outreach, targeted campaigns, and initiatives aimed at accelerating new logo growth.
This position will manage SDR operations across the Canadian and U. S. regions and is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance three days a week.
