This Sales Engineer position is based in Austin and sits within the Commercial division. The role centers on guiding prospects, customers, and the UiPath sales team through the technical aspects of the UiPath platform. Sales Engineers act as trusted advisors, identifying where automation and AI can add value and helping design new workflows for clients.
What you will do
- Promote automation by integrating digital workforces with AI and machine learning features.
- Advise on optimizing the UiPath platform, develop marketplace solutions, and create industry-specific accelerators.
- Analyze industry challenges to find opportunities for business improvement.
- Work with the sales team to plan account strategies, expand UiPath’s offerings, and achieve business goals.
- Build and present custom demos and proofs of value for both prospective and current clients.
- Lead process discovery sessions to review current workflows, spot automation opportunities, and estimate value gains.
- Partner with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to share customer feedback and help improve UiPath’s products.
- Share insights and best practices with the Go-To-Market team.
- Provide feedback to product teams to support ongoing innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
