Who You AreA proven track record in sales or consultancy within a technology or customer experience domain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Experience with SAP Customer Experience solutions is a significant advantage. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor. Rather than selling features, you will promote value, impact, and enhancements in customer processes. You will assist clients in identifying growth opportunities and demonstrate how SAP Customer Experience solutions can facilitate this journey. Your responsibilities will include both acquiring new business and fostering growth with existing clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle: discovery, qualification, proposals, value presentations, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and develop ROI-driven business cases.
  • Sell consultancy services, advisory services, pilot programs, roadmaps, and comprehensive CX projects.
  • Collaborate with consultants and solution leads to formulate high-quality client solutions.
  • Co-develop AI cases with clients to enhance automation, decision-making, and customer experience.
  • Initiate co-innovation efforts with clients around Customer Experience, exploring and validating new ideas and prototypes.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to project management and delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Represent Acorel during client visits, events, and knowledge sessions.
