Key Responsibilities:Strengthen and maintain relationships with current Healthcare Data Platform clients. Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities within the UK healthcare market. Inspire internal and external teams to achieve desired business outcomes. Collaborate with the UK Bid team to deliver timely proposals to clients. Manage and resolve technical or contractual issues efficiently. Work alongside Marketing teams to create and implement effective prospecting strategies and campaigns targeting potential clients. Utilize existing clients as reference points to support the acquisition of new business. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements. Collaborate with InterSystems partner organizations to fulfill end-user requirements. Experience and Qualifications:Exceptional listening, writing, and communication skills. Over 7 years of experience in software solutions sales to the UK National Health Service, with a solid understanding of data challenges, interoperability, and standards within the NHS. Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders effectively.

InterSystems UK is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in healthcare solutions. This role involves promoting and selling InterSystems' advanced data platform products to a diverse range of healthcare clients in the UK, including both private and NHS sectors. We seek an accomplished Sales Manager capable of cultivating new business opportunities and fostering long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients across Northern England and Scotland. Experience in selling Data Platforms, Integration Engines at the regional or trust level, and AI-driven solutions will be advantageous.

The Sales Manager will develop and manage relationships with both new and existing end-user customers, identifying opportunities where our products can effectively address their challenges. You will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record in effectively communicating and selling solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers. This position requires the flexibility for frequent national travel.
