Your Role

We are on the lookout for a strategic and motivated Senior Account Executive to be a vital part of our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a defined regional territory, spearheading new business initiatives and driving negotiations. Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle within your assigned territory (Seattle), encompassing prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various lead generation methods, including cold outreach and networking events.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to identify client pain points and develop tailored, solution-driven proposals.
  • Conduct client presentations, including discovery meetings and proposal discussions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across diverse sectors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams on underwriting and financial modeling.
  • Align efforts with marketing, operations, and legal teams to achieve overarching business objectives.
  • Manage pipeline development and sales performance metrics within CRM for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to shape business development strategies.
  • Travel regionally as needed to support client engagement and prospecting efforts.
