A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

As the Senior Advanced Systems Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities within the Quantum Sensing Solutions Business Unit. This pivotal role involves managing the complete capture process for qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless transition from business development to contract award.

Your expertise will be essential as you navigate the intersection of strategic planning, customer relations, proposal leadership, and technical collaboration. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective capture strategies, aligning them with the Business Unit (BU) leadership and corporate goals. Once a contract is awarded, you will facilitate a comprehensive handoff to the QSS Program Execution function, ensuring all risks are evaluated and addressed through a structured review process.

This position is crucial for expanding our quantum sensing portfolio across both government and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Capture Leadership & Strategy

  • Take ownership of qualified leads from the Business Development phase, ensuring clarity regarding requirements, customer needs, competitive landscape, and strategic objectives.
  • Formulate and implement capture strategies that align with BU and corporate growth priorities, including defining win themes, differentiators, pricing models, and partnership strategies.
  • Oversee the development of program and technical bid baselines that meet competitive targets, established risk thresholds, and business unit strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Infleqtion Proposal Operations and relevant technical teams to lead the creation and review of integrated master schedules for proposal artifacts, including pricing, cost volumes, technical documentation, and schedules.
  • Facilitate all capture gate reviews, preparing necessary materials, guiding decision-making, and integrating leadership feedback into evolving capture plans.
  • Estimate, manage, and uphold accountability for capture strategies, plans, costs, schedules, and risks throughout the capture lifecycle.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary capture liaison for government clients, program offices, primes, and key stakeholders during the pre-award phase.
  • Work in close partnership with Business Development to ensure the continuity of customer relationships and effective communication.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve strategic objectives.
