The Backoffice Support Team (BST) is responsible for the development and maintenance of systems and tools utilized by our internal backoffice teams such as Customer Service and Operations. Our mission is to streamline customer and commercial partner management through robust internal support platforms and workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing our primary ticketing system, Zendesk.
- Overseeing Postbox, our internal customer communication hub.
- Developing custom integrations with core systems and various internal services.
- Ensuring operational efficiency by providing reliable, scalable, and well-integrated tools for internal users.
