Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy features across the entire backend stack, from data infrastructure to product endpoints. Design and implement robust business logic for processing health data. Prototype, productionize, and conduct experiments to enhance the accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness of AI/ML models. Establish and uphold best practices for scalability, security, testing, and ML operations such as model versioning, monitoring, and alerting. Continuously refine the engineering process and foster a positive culture. Essential RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience in designing, building, and managing large-scale backend systems. Proficiency in Typescript or Python programming languages. Strong understanding of algorithms and data manipulation. Exceptional skills in mathematics and statistics. A passion for your craft and a commitment to excellence. Excellent communication skills to articulate your ideas effectively. A proactive attitude with a strong bias for action. Willingness to seek assistance when needed and to support others in their work. A genuine enthusiasm for enhancing the health and fitness of others.
