In your role as a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by forging strong relationships with prospective clients. This position entails generating leads through marketing initiatives, meeting sales targets, and ensuring outstanding after-sales service, all contributing to the sustained growth of Bayut.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate to manage client expectations and enhance their Bayut experience.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets related to renewals and acquisitions.
- Develop expertise in the Egyptian real estate market by merging on-ground insights with Bayut’s comprehensive data.
- Expand market share by promoting our products to new clients.
- Organize and conduct meetings with clients for acquisitions, renewals, and upgrades.
- Enhance client satisfaction through diligent account management.
- Regularly update the reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing teams to resolve sales-related issues.
- Gather market insights and stay informed about relevant laws and local developments.
