- Ensure exceptional service quality by gaining an in-depth understanding of the technical specifications and features of employer systems and processes, and meticulously documenting them.
- Conduct cold calls to stimulate interest in products and services, generate new business leads, and set up meetings, while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through networking and follow-up calls.
- Create and present engaging demonstrations of software solutions to potential customers.
- Market and promote a diverse portfolio of products by crafting compelling sales literature and participating in industry events.
- Stay informed and up-to-date with the rapidly evolving landscape of software and hardware systems and peripherals.
- Offer technical guidance to clients regarding the installation and usage of computer systems and networks, both pre- and post-sale.
- Advise on software functionalities and their applications in various domains such as accounting, manufacturing, and other specialized fields, while meeting sales targets established by management and contributing to team objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage additional product sales and upgrades.
- Address hardware or software challenges and escalate issues to specialized technical colleagues as necessary.
- Respond to requests for proposals, tenders, and supporting documents, while managing and prioritizing daily and weekly workloads effectively.
