- Promptly address inquiries, incidents, and projects while adhering to customer SLAs.
- Oversee daily administration and maintenance of various components within a Citrix environment, including but not limited to Published Applications, Profile Management, Provisioning Services, Load Balancing, Redirect/Forwarding, VM Management, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Possess a robust working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, WINS, User Rights Assignments, thin clients, desktop operating systems, firewalls, and networking.
- Engage in daily activities involving Incident and Service Request ticket management, as well as Change Management.
