Proven experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role, preferably within cloud technologies. In-depth understanding of cloud management, security protocols, datacenter infrastructure, and public cloud services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.

Senior Client Solutions Engineer

The Senior Client Solutions Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting AHEAD's Client Directors by delivering formal technical presentations and providing expert design assistance for our innovative solutions and services to both existing and prospective clients. This role encompasses ownership of the technical aspects of sales campaigns and ensuring a seamless transition to our consulting and services teams while nurturing robust client relationships.

As a thought leader within our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and architecting solutions tailored to AHEAD's clients. We seek a Senior Client Solutions Engineer with extensive knowledge across our Enterprise Cloud Framework, including Cloud Management and Operations, Security, Datacenter Infrastructure, and Public Cloud. Your mission is to cultivate skills, build connections, and establish industry credibility across these segments, thereby driving product and service sales.

You will collaborate closely with one or more Client Directors to formulate a cohesive account strategy for each client. This strategy will involve identifying potential technologies and partnership opportunities within specific accounts and playing an integral role in driving this strategy throughout the sales process.

Successful time management and prioritization skills are essential for the Senior Client Solutions Engineer. Your objective is to evolve into a technical thought leader for each client, guiding strategic definitions, evaluating alternatives, and presenting the best-fit solutions to meet their needs.
