Lead a large-scale infrastructure transformation in capital markets environments.
The Role
We are supporting a capital markets client with a critical initiative focused on hardware renewal and modernization. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an end-to-end infrastructure transformation , from discovery and benchmarking to deployment and validation. You will collaborate within cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of hardware renewal activities while enhancing operational efficiency and performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities and generate comprehensive documentation on the current state along with process maps.
- Define benchmarking frameworks and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure infrastructure performance and success.
- Support hardware renewal initiatives, including inventory analysis and planning.
- Oversee the deployment of environments, hardware provisioning, and operating system installation.
- Drive server configuration, application deployment, and validation to ensure production readiness.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering roles within complex environments.
- Solid understanding of hardware renewal cycles, server provisioning, and operating system deployment (Linux/Windows).
- Experience with environment deployments, configuration management, and deployment automation tools.
- Ability to document processes, analyze current environments, and define measurable KPIs.
- Fluency in French and English. Given that the majority of our clients, both internal and external, are located outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Professional proficiency in English is required.

- Experience in capital markets or financial services environments.
- Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure upgrade programs.
