As a Senior Engineering Manager for Search, you will be pivotal in designing and scaling our next-gen Search product, which includes Vector Search, Keyword Search, and Search Quality. You will lead the development of a robust, high-performance, cost-effective, and developer-friendly Search stack, equipping customers to create AI applications with precision, speed, and scalability. In addition to hands-on contributions, you will help define the long-term vision, mentor senior engineers, collaborate across teams, and spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance the technical and business impact of Search at Databricks.
