Senior FX Dealer
Ebury Toronto - Office-based
Compensation: $100,000 base salary + commission (OTE of up to $250K+)
We are seeking a Senior FX Dealer for our Toronto office with a proven track record in trading, dealing, and account management. The successful candidate will oversee a substantial active client portfolio, managing trading account setups, client relationships, and deal execution.
Our Dealers provide expert, customized solutions to our clients, equipping them with strategies to mitigate FX risk. They plan, structure, and execute deals, ensuring our clients receive optimal value while contributing to Ebury’s growth.
The most successful Dealers may advance to leadership roles, training and inspiring the next generation of talent in the industry.
Your Responsibilities as a Senior FX Dealer
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a variety of products, including FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management. You'll promote Ebury’s diverse product offerings to guarantee a superior client experience.
- Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to drive business origination. Understand clients' business landscapes, strategies, and industries to deliver tailored solutions utilizing Ebury's extensive product suite.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings and identify gaps to effectively position Ebury’s banking solutions.
- Achieve specific KPIs, including generating repeat and new business revenue, reducing client churn, and increasing cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular meetings, confidently presenting ideas, proposals, and updates.
- Expand existing business and provide fee-based services to clients.
