Role overview

The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Agent) will work remotely from Taiwan, focusing on deploying and adapting Cresta’s AI solutions for customer needs. This role centers on bringing advanced AI capabilities into real-world contact center environments.

What you will do

  • Implement and customize AI-driven features for enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Cresta’s platform into client systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during deployment
