Ripple Effect is in search of a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer with over 6 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing secure, user-friendly websites and applications. This pivotal role involves collaboration with various teams to manage the development of top-notch websites, working closely with designers, and applying best practices to guarantee exceptional website performance and user satisfaction. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and play a key role in the planning and execution of web development initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop well-structured, testable, and efficient code by adhering to best software development practices.
- Utilize a range of internet technologies, techniques, scripting languages, and databases (e.g., HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL) to create web elements such as user interface features, animations, web applications, special effects, and e-business functionalities.
- Integrate data from multiple back-end services and databases.
- Diagnose and resolve various issues, including script and plugin errors, media integration challenges, and website usability concerns.
- Oversee the maintenance, expansion, and scaling of websites, including Ripple Effect's.
- Enhance websites in line with industry best practices for both functionality and search engine optimization.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
