Your Role
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer on our web development team, you will play a crucial role in driving both revenue and company growth by transforming our successful mobile app into a robust web platform. You will take ownership of our end-to-end web stack, internal tools, and dashboard, building the infrastructure necessary to foster business opportunities. Your initial focus will be to deliver a web version of Rips, setting the groundwork for future web and Android applications. By establishing high standards for this new platform, you will push the limits of what it means to be a leader in our category.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and establish our web platform, laying down the foundation and standards for future web and Android applications.
Leverage existing backend systems and infrastructure to construct a web version of Rips within a 3-6 month timeframe.
Define best practices and standards for React development, with potential opportunities to work on React Native.
Oversee the internal tools and dashboard, implementing enhancements that improve team efficiency and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with backend engineers to design APIs and data models, contributing to both API architecture and application performance.
Enhance user experience through thoughtful motion design, micro-interactions, and responsive design that feels intuitive and native.
