Role overview
The Senior Growth Development Manager (m/f/d) will play a central role in building and expanding a new business division at Enpal’s Berlin office. This position focuses on identifying, developing, and launching new business and venture concepts that drive sustainable customer growth. The role requires a hands-on approach to shaping business processes and leading strategic projects from concept to execution.
What you will do
- Set up and expand a new business division, overseeing both its launch and long-term development.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and ventures, always with an eye on sustainable growth.
- Take ownership of business processes, using data and clear objectives to drive improvements from start to finish.
- Lead strategic growth projects, managing business development and entry into new markets.
- Translate company strategy into actionable steps, track their outcomes, and ensure they are carried through.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team and C-level leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top business school.
- Professional experience or internships in high-growth companies such as startups, or in consulting.
- Creative mindset and strong persuasion skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
- Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.
- Interest in building businesses and motivation to learn quickly.
- Goal-oriented, highly proactive, and accountable work style.
