Role Overview: As the Senior Manager of System Integration and Commissioning, you will spearhead a team of skilled physicists and engineers responsible for delivering quantum computing systems to our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record of guiding complex systems through the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept to manufacturing and operational deployment. You will focus on implementing iterative design improvements aimed at enhancing performance, particularly in Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Test (DfT). Your leadership will directly influence system designs across the hardware and software lifecycle, enhancing the quality, efficiency, and predictability of customer deliveries, thereby contributing to the organization’s strategic revenue objectives.
