Role Overview

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our Information Management and Productivity Solutions team, collaborating with clients to design and implement transformative solutions that modernize their operational workflows. Your expertise will be crucial in consulting, designing, building, and supporting comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, improve information management, and boost productivity, thereby unlocking new opportunities for the future of work.

In this role, you will ensure a premium consulting experience for users of our Intelligent Workplace services. Utilizing a consultative and co-design methodology, you will closely engage with clients to identify their needs, share insights, and collaboratively develop tailored solutions. Your guidance will involve offering best practice recommendations and leading project delivery, emphasizing inclusion, transparency, and continuous feedback in a dynamic environment.

While our offices span Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney, we understand the importance of work-life balance and are open to flexible working arrangements. You and your team can decide what working environment suits you best!

As this position serves our Australia & New Zealand operations, we will only consider applications from candidates located in these regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy to help organizations identify solutions, make informed decisions, and achieve desired outcomes through co-design practices and expert advice.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops catered to customer needs.
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze business requirements to create project documentation, including solution design documents and recommendation reports.
  • Offer technical leadership for Microsoft 365 environments, information management solutions, and Power Apps and Power Automate initiatives.
  • Design and deploy solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Manage and execute migration projects, facilitating the transition of data from legacy systems to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Advise clients on effective document control and records management practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
