Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition
- Work with regional leaders as a talent expert, understanding hiring needs, role requirements, and search criteria.
- Create and execute search strategies to attract both active and passive candidates using industry research, networking, direct outreach, and online sourcing.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism.
