Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-density, fault-tolerant motor controllers, including drivers, sensors, power stages, and embedded control interfaces.
- Oversee all aspects of power electronics design, including components, circuits, modules, and system integration.
- Optimize passive component designs within power electronics systems.
- Conduct EMC and lightning design, analysis, and testing for both low and high voltage electronic systems.
- Lead new design projects from inception to production in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Take ownership of the entire hardware lifecycle—from specification through design, prototyping, reliability validation, and manufacturing.
- Conduct requirements capture, topology trade-studies, and performance modeling.
- Design, review, and assemble schematics and PCBs.
- Execute prototype verification tests to validate concepts.
- Analyze test data and reports to confirm functional and performance specifications.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analyses on both prototype and production designs.
