Your Role
In the position of Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be integral to Vandebron’s commercial success. Collaborating with fellow Pricing Analysts, you will develop and direct our pricing strategies for energy contracts and smart flexibility solutions. Your work will ensure our pricing is competitive, future-oriented, and aligned with our mission to facilitate the energy transition.
Operating at the nexus of market dynamics, customer value, and business performance, you will interpret intricate energy market signals to inform strategic pricing decisions. Your contributions will enable Vandebron to grow sustainably, ensuring our pricing reflects market realities and fosters long-term value for our customers and the planet.
You will report directly to Bob Molenaar, Head of Strategy and Proposition.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive pricing strategies by creating and implementing pricing models for fixed, variable, and dynamic energy contracts, as well as flexibility solutions like Smart Charging, in close collaboration with Strategy, Finance, and Commerce teams.
Optimize energy pricing daily and weekly by converting purchase prices, margin targets, and competitive benchmarks into straightforward, commercially viable pricing.
Track market and competitor trends by monitoring regulatory changes, wholesale price fluctuations, and competitor offerings to uncover risks, opportunities, and strategic advantages.
Facilitate smarter decision-making by developing and enhancing tools such as dashboards, price scrapers, and analyses that promote pricing transparency and informed strategic choices.
Create business cases for new pricing models, offerings, and products.
