Primary Responsibilities:
As a Senior Property Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the financial performance of the property in line with the established budget.

- Preparing and delivering timely and precise financial and operational performance reports to stakeholders that highlight operational effectiveness and trends.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with owners, residents, employees, and vendors.
- Staying informed about the competitive landscape and equipping the team to distinguish our community from the competition.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that position our community as a premier destination for engaged living experiences.
