About the job

The Senior Property Manager will oversee the comprehensive management of a designated commercial, industrial, and/or retail property or portfolio. This role encompasses the coordination of all marketing, operational, and financial directives in alignment with client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address tenant inquiries efficiently, ensuring that administrative and technical staff respond to issues promptly and in adherence to company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations. Manage tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting walkthroughs and maintaining vacant spaces in optimal condition.
  • Lead daily and strategic initiatives of the property management team, including scheduling, task delegation, and cross-training to enhance operational performance. Provide coaching and mentorship, monitor staff development, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Oversee vendor invoice approvals and other financial activities in accordance with management agreements and LPC policies.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly reports along with annual operating and capital budgets. Ensure timely submission of tenant rent and CAM recovery charges.
  • Monitor and report on contractual obligations affecting asset performance, including expirations and restrictions.
  • Collaborate with lease administration to manage lease documentation and changes, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
  • Develop and implement a tenant care program aimed at maximizing tenant retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage sourcing and procurement processes to optimize operational quality and ensure compliance with service contracts.
